You may have heard about handmade Tortellini, Dumplings, Pasta, Ravioli, Wontons, Ravioll, Jiaozi, Pyrohy, Pelmeni, Cappelletti and have you ever heard about a Uyghur food ChuChuRa? It’s a sort of Uyghur homemade handmade Tortellini and we cook the ChuChuRa in the soup and there are more recipes with more ingredients.
For ChuChuRa we use a meat-based filling, of coure its Lamb. The Lamb is the main ingredient in Uyghur Cuisine.
In the future video I will share more Uyghur homemade handmade recipes. In this video I’m going to share with you the easiest Uyghur Tortellini recipe, ChuChuRa. I will show you step by step how we Uyghur people make ChuChura with a basic recipe. It is simple but very juicy and nourishing. After you had a bowl of ChuChuRa you will get warm sweated and your stomach get filled.
