दसैको मीठो मासुको रहस्य : Homemade Meat Masala

1/3 cup cumin seeds
1/3 cup coriander seeds
2 tbsp fennel seeds
5-6 black cardamoms
1 tbsp green cardamoms
2 medium sized cinnamon sticks
5 Bay leaves
6 star anise
½ tbsp cloves
1 tbsp whole black pepper
¼ cup dried ginger
3 mace (Javitri)
1 tsp Sichuan pepper (timur)
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
10-15 dried chilies
